Contribute to Road Safety through Education and Enforcement

We are seeking individuals to join our Safety Camera and Ticket Enforcement and Smart Motorway Teams who are committed to improving road safety.

The role involves providing administrative support to the team, creating and maintaining records, and interrogating secure databases as necessary.

You will liaise with various agencies, companies, and individuals, both internal and external, and deal with correspondence via email and letter.

Using a range of specialized equipment, you will quality assure supporting evidence to a level required by Court.

As a member of our team, you will build and use investigative skills, and maintain a high level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to the team
  • Creating, updating, and maintaining records
  • Interrogating secure databases as necessary
  • Liaising with various agencies, companies, and individuals
  • Dealing with correspondence
  • Using specialized equipment to quality assure supporting evidence

Requirements:

  • A good understanding of IT systems
  • A positive mindset to learning
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work accurately
  • High level of professionalism

Training and Development:

A full bespoke training package will be provided during the first 12 weeks of appointment.
