Vehicle Quality Controller/Polisher

We're seeking a skilled Quality Controller/Polisher to join our team at Activate Group Limited.

About the Role:

As a Quality Controller/Polisher, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our bodyshop. You will work closely with the AAR team to guarantee that all body repairs and paintwork meet our defined quality procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide final point of sign-off for all vehicles before their return to the customer
  • Work with the AAR team to ensure quality procedures are met
  • Highlight quality issues and liaise with the workshop controller for re-work
  • Accurately complete quality control documentation to AAR standards
  • Drive high performance in others and work under pressure

Requirements:

  • Experience in quality controlling and polishing
  • Ability to work under pressure and drive high performance in others
