Job Title: Warehouse Operative

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Warehouse Operative to join our team at Gousto. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and the timely delivery of our products to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct quality assessments on inbound materials against specifications
  • Complete records, logs, and paperwork accordingly using IT systems and Google
  • Unload inbound safely and move goods to correct storage area with appropriate stock rotation
  • Usage of forklift in storage areas and pallet trucks in production areas
  • Order picking - preparing correct stock and with correct amounts required for repackaging, picking, etc.
  • Ensure before each end of the shift that all products are stored in the correct temperature area
  • Carry out regular stock checks and counts as requested
  • Ensure that all stores and dispatch areas are kept tidy (dollies, pallets, and waste)
  • Supporting with delivery of key departmental KPI
Requirements:
  • IT literate
  • Stock/Warehouse System experience
  • MHE/FLT experience desirable
