About the Role:

We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Trainee Estate Agent to join our fantastic residential Lettings team at Burchell Edwards. This is an entry-level role where you'll learn all aspects of residential lettings, from generating and booking valuations to negotiating agreements and progressing lets through to exchange and completion.

What We Offer:

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and book valuations
  • Conduct property viewings
  • Negotiate agreements
  • Agree lets and progress lets through to exchange and completion

What We're Looking For:

Preferably an experienced sales person, Exceptional customer care/service experience, Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Hold a Full UK driving license.
