We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our Residential Childrens Home in Sheffield. As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in leading a team of dedicated professionals who provide high-quality care and support to children and young people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support to children and young people.
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of children and young people.
- Work closely with other professionals, including social workers, therapists, and healthcare professionals, to ensure the best possible outcomes for children and young people.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care and support provided to children and young people.
- Ensure that all staff are trained and equipped to provide high-quality care and support.
Requirements:
- Proven experience of working in a residential childrens home or similar setting.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Ability to develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of children and young people.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
