Cyber Security Consultant - £60k, Hybrid, Defence

Atlas Recruitment Group Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Consultant to join our team. As a global leader in the defence industry, our client requires an expert to design, build, integrate, and provide through-life support to all submarine platforms in the Royal Naval fleet.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure submarine systems and products are developed to support the delivery of an appropriately secure and resilient product.
  • Design and implement robust security solutions to mitigate risks and threats.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security into the development lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain risk assessments and management plans in accordance with industry standards.
  • Produce RMADS and other security-related documentation.

Your Ideal Background:

  • A degree or equivalent experience in a relevant STEM field or information security.
  • Proven experience in risk assessment and management following industry standards such as NIST and ISO 27001.
  • Familiarity with MOD policies and regulations like SPF, JSP 440, and JSP 604.
