**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Construction Logistics Operative at Wilson James. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of logistics and operations on site.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Assist in the coordination of logistics and operations to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks
  • Support the maintenance of a safe and clean working environment
  • Install wayfinding and emergency signage, perform fire point maintenance, and manage waste disposal
  • Conduct general building cleaning and housekeeping duties

  • A competitive hourly rate of £13.10 - £14.76 (dependent on experience)

**Site Specific Requirements**

  • Ability to provide a 3-year work/unemployment/education history and undergo the required vetting process
  • Ability to obtain the HPC pass
  • Willingness to work on a remote site with a 45-minute bus journey each way
