About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team at ATA Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and identifying new opportunities in the Waste to X market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop relationships with new customers in the Waste to X sector
  • Attend trade exhibitions to create new contacts and promote our services
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to increase revenue and pipeline growth
  • Collaborate with our design team to identify cross-selling opportunities and develop new business leads
  • Conduct market research to identify new customers and opportunities
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the process equipment industry
  • Strong consultative sales skills and ability to build relationships with customers
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of the Waste to X market and its trends
