First-Class STEM Graduate Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified First-Class STEM Graduate to join our team as an Academic Support Specialist. The successful candidate will have a strong academic background in a STEM subject and a passion for education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students in their learning, working closely with the class teacher to deliver effective lessons and activities.
  • Use strategies and resources to engage students and promote academic achievement.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to develop and implement educational programs.

Requirements:

  • First-Class STEM Degree from a leading UK University.
  • Prior experience working with children in an academic setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
