Senior Engineering Position - RF Communications

Babcock International Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineering professional to lead the development of RF Communications systems. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex international projects and collaborate with a dynamic team of engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage engineering change and prioritize tasks to ensure timely delivery of technical projects
  • Lead system design delivery and collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop innovative solutions
  • Generate technical specifications and designs that meet customer requirements
  • Lead operational engineering teams and troubleshoot technical faults to ensure system reliability
  • Participate in validation, verification, test, and acceptance activities to ensure system quality

Requirements:

  • Experience with voice and data traffic handling systems, including VCCS and ICCS systems
  • Knowledge of voice and data communication technologies, including system and solution architecture design
  • Understanding of system integration and testing methodologies
  • Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated relevant experience and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies

Security Clearance:

Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain SC clearance and DV security clearance.
