Spire Hartswood Hospital is seeking a dedicated Cleaning Operative to enhance our team. In this role, you will ensure the delivery of exceptional cleaning services across the hospital and its auxiliary facilities.
The position involves a flexible shift pattern, which may include:
7am – 3pm
2pm – 10pm
Occasional night shifts may be required.

Key Responsibilities
Execute cleaning schedules effectively, ensuring that all rooms are prepared to the required layout and that both office and public areas are maintained to the highest cleanliness standards. Adhere to all Health and Safety regulations, including COSHH compliance. Perform any additional tasks that reasonably align with the responsibilities of the role.Ideal Candidate
Previous experience in a similar cleaning role, preferably in a customer-focused environment. Awareness of Health & Safety regulations and COSHH is advantageous but not mandatory. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. Flexibility in working days and hours is essential.Benefits
