Challenge-trg Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and organized On-Site Assistant to join our team. As an On-Site Assistant, you will be responsible for managing the complete candidate experience from registration to shift allocation, ensuring the client's needs are always met.
Key Responsibilities- Resource and register suitable candidates for various roles.
- Manage day-to-day operations of all existing candidates, ensuring compliance with company protocols.
- Support the Contract Manager in managing candidates and ensuring seamless communication.
- Assist with managing driver's weekly rotas and daily updates of KPI trackers and compliance trackers.
- Ensure candidates are fully compliant with site protocols and regulations.
- Perform other duties as required by the Contract Manager.
- Minimum 1+ year's experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar role.
- Previous experience in managing on-site recruitment is preferred.
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-driven individual with excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of driver's hours and regulations is essential.
- Able to work in a high-pressured environment and maintain a calm and professional demeanor.
- Microsoft Excel knowledge is preferred but not essential.
- Fast career progression and high level of autonomy.
