As a Marketing Manager at inomed Neurocare, you will be responsible for the strategic development and implementation of marketing initiatives to promote our innovative medical devices and systems for the protection of nerves. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute market definition, value strategy, differentiation, and positioning for our neurocare solutions.
  • Lead user training and education, including operating room support, to ensure seamless product adoption.
  • Provide product presentations and application trainings to global sales organizations, both in-house and online.
  • Support the preparation of education & training programs and marketing collateral to enhance customer engagement.
  • Organize and participate in industry symposiums, congresses, and events to stay ahead of market trends.
  • Collaborate closely with users and clinical opinion leaders to gather insights and inform marketing strategies.
  • Manage strategic key opinion leaders and medical societies to foster strong relationships and drive business growth.
  • Conduct market and competitive analyses to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Develop and execute marketing initiatives for product launches, ensuring effective messaging and program execution.
  • Coach sales representatives on strategic sales & products to enhance customer engagement and drive revenue growth.
  • Support the portfolio strategy by providing commercial input for portfolio and therapeutic area strategies and business plans.
  • Collaborate with the Business Leadership team to evaluate opportunities to complement internal assets and optimize portfolio and overall business.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team members and customers (physicians) in technology/product assessments to ensure seamless product adoption.
  • Help identify ways to close the strategic sales portions of designated transactions.
  • Partner with sales management to improve strategic sales product penetration and drive revenue growth.
  • Maintain a database of customers, potential customers & partners with routine monitoring to stay abreast of business development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales partners to lead the creation and execution of well-coordinated commercial strategies and launch plans, embedding customer insights from healthcare providers.
  • Help drive the organization to achieve organizational revenue targets.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in medical engineering, marketing, business administration, or a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in product management, marketing management, sales or a similar role in the medical-related industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and best practices.
  • Capacity to manage various projects and work to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.
  • People management skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work remotely or actively in the field.
  • Preferably IONM and ENT experience.
