Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver person-centered care and support to individuals with varying needs and requirements.
  • Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Follow established care plans and risk assessments to ensure the well-being of service users.
  • Accompany service users to social activities and events.
  • Prepare and submit accurate and detailed report writing.
  • Assist with meal preparation and cooking.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, colleagues, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 months' experience in a care setting (UK based).
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Excellent report writing skills.
  • Ability to work as a driver or non-driver.
  • Clear DBS check.
