We are seeking energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join our bar staff team at Burnley FC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

As a bar staff member, you will be working in our customer-facing drinks kiosks, serving hot and cold drinks, including alcoholic beverages. You will also be responsible for managing queues and orders in an efficient manner, ensuring correct set up and clear down of kiosks, and using electronic tills to collect payment.

We are looking for individuals who are confident when interacting with people, have excellent teamwork and problem-solving skills, and a driven and dependable approach to work. If you are a team player who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you.

Key responsibilities:

  • Serving customers hot and cold drinks, including alcoholic beverages
  • Managing queues and orders in an efficient manner
  • Ensuring correct set up and clear down of kiosks

  • Proactively assisting guests and upselling products
  • Escalating any customer complaints to management

Requirements:

  • Experience of working in a similar environment is preferable
  • Ability to travel independently to venue
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to remain calm during high-volume periods
  • Confidence when interacting with people
  • Excellent teamwork and problem-solving skills
  • Driven and dependable approach to work
