About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fitness Coach to join our team at GLL. As a Fitness Coach, you will play a key role in helping our members achieve their fitness goals and improve their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Consultations: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their fitness goals, health status, and preferences.
  • Program Development: Design and implement personalized exercise programs that cater to clients' needs and goals.
  • Group Fitness Instruction: Lead group fitness classes, providing guidance and support to clients as they work towards their fitness objectives.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that all equipment is in good working condition and properly maintained.
  • Client Support: Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients, helping them to stay motivated and achieve their fitness goals.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Hold a recognized qualification in fitness instruction or a related field.
  • Experience: Have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a fitness-related role.
  • Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients of all ages and fitness levels.
