About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Tesco Pharmacies. As a Duty Pharmacy Manager, you will play a key role in leading and managing our pharmacy teams to deliver exceptional patient care and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage pharmacy teams to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with pharmacy teams to provide high-quality patient care and advice.
- Ensure accurate payment claims for NHS-covered items and manage pharmacy finances effectively.
- Support the Pharmacy Manager in building relationships with Primary Care Networks and GPs' surgeries.
Requirements
- Pharmacy degree and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
- Experience in a pharmacy leadership role, with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Strong business acumen and ability to manage finances effectively.
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities.
