We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Systems Manager to join our team at Pharma Partners Recruitment Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective operation of our Quality Management System (QMS) and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and manage the operation of the QMS, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and standards.
- Administer and manage the eQMS, document management, and learning management systems.
- Oversight and coordination of quality and timely management of change controls, deviations, CAPAs, product quality reviews, complaints, and self-inspections.
- Prepare and manage finished product labeling and patient information leaflets.
- Plan and conduct internal audits and self-inspections.
- Provide training to staff on quality topics.
- Support the QA team in quality investigations and initiatives.
- Prepare and present materials for Quality Management Review.
- At least 2 years' experience in quality systems in a pharmaceutical quality-related role.
- Excellent IT skills, including experience with Power BI.
- Competent in problem-solving, team building, planning, and decision-making.
