**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our Sales and Operations team in the South East, UK region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing client relationships, demonstrating system knowledge, effective contract management of existing accounts, and generation of new sales.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute customer account sales plans, coordinating all proposal activity, from generating quotes to processing PO's.
- Manage customer satisfaction and escalate customer concerns for resolution.
- Coordinate support resources to maintain and grow existing and win/close new accounts.
- Participate in plant visits, audit/survey, and any trial working. Where required, conduct appropriate water analysis/testing and report.
- Maintain the integrity of strategies and implementation of sales/marketing programs to achieve sales goals within your assigned territory/market.
- Meet or exceed assigned quotas (activities and results).
- Driving the right behaviors around Safety, Team Work, Company strategies, and initiatives.
**Requirements**
- Essential to this role is the ability to build and develop relationships with customers while supporting multiple managers and teams.
- You will have outstanding communication across all platforms and customer service skills that are a natural extension of your personality.
- Our most successful Account Managers are motivated, goal-oriented, and well-organized, with excellent time management and prioritization abilities.
- You should be able to demonstrate excellent project management experience and a track record of exceeding targets.
- Your background will be Account Management or sales in a water/process treatment company or industrial plant.
