About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our dynamic and international team to manage recruitment projects for various sectors across the UK and Europe.

As a key member of our Global Talent Acquisition department, you will play a critical role in defining and delivering creative recruiting strategies for complex roles that span across multiple geographies within Ramboll.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Build and maintain close relationships with hiring managers to drive the recruitment process
  • Act as a trusted advisor to our business, providing expert guidance on recruitment best practices
  • Collaborate with global recruitment teams to develop processes and tools that ensure high-quality recruitment services
  • Manage multiple job openings under tight timelines, prioritizing tasks to meet business objectives
About You

We are looking for a service-minded and passionate individual with prior experience delivering recruitment services, ideally in the Buildings and Architecture sector. You will have excellent English verbal and written communication skills, with additional language skills a plus.

You will be a strategic thinker, able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Your international mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential in this role.
