Mortgage Advisor Role Overview

Cameron Clarke Associates is seeking a skilled Mortgage Advisor to join our expanding team. As a Mortgage Advisor, you will play a crucial role in helping clients achieve financial security and manage their personal finances effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Guidance: Provide expert guidance to clients on different types of mortgages and offer suitable products to match their needs.
  • Financial Assessment: Explore each customer's financial circumstances, including monthly expenditures, to assess the best mortgage options.
  • Product Explanation: Explain repayments and mortgage protection to ensure clients make informed decisions.
  • Home-Buying Process: Provide general advice on the home-buying process, giving clients confidence at every step.
  • Liaison: Liaise with mortgage lenders, estate agents, and other key players in the home-buying process.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Part CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) or in the process of becoming qualified, with a strong sales background.
  • Personality: A passionate, self-motivated professional who thrives in a team environment.
  • Communication Skills: A natural communicator with superb interpersonal skills.
  • Technical Skills: Comfortable working with numbers and explaining financial products clearly to clients.
  • Target-Driven: Target-driven and success-oriented, always striving to exceed expectations.
  • Technical Proficiency: Confident with MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Transportation: Possess a valid driving licence and own transport.
