We are seeking experienced Engineering Managers across various domains including Delivery, Technical, and Functional Management within the Air Engineering sector.
As an Engineering Project Manager, you will leverage your extensive engineering expertise to identify and implement effective solutions throughout the product development lifecycle.
Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing all engineering facets, ensuring adherence to high standards through robust engineering governance.
You will assess and manage the evolution of our engineering solutions, taking necessary corrective measures to guarantee the excellence of our products.
Your role will involve leading the integration of engineering across all aspects of Air platforms and products, spanning all phases of the engineering lifecycle—from conception to delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring timely execution of high-quality engineering activities within budget constraints.
- Collaborating with a diverse and skilled engineering community while engaging with non-engineering departments.
- Authorizing the engineering integration of systems at all lifecycle stages and ensuring compliance with expected standards.
- Guiding subject matter experts to propose, develop, and deliver engineering solutions that meet customer requirements.
- Enhancing engineering capabilities by evaluating and implementing innovative tools and processes in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
We are looking for candidates with a proven track record in managing teams to deliver complex engineering solutions, along with experience in Systems Engineering across various engineering lifecycles.
Essential qualifications include:
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience in managing teams and overseeing engineering projects.
- Degree in a STEM discipline or equivalent experience.
Desirable qualifications:
- Familiarity with engineering tools and methodologies in regulated industries.
- Experience with Model-Based Engineering approaches.
