Job Title: Technical Specialist

Join Alliance Personnel as a Technical Specialist and take on a challenging role that requires strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough technical reviews at the RFQ stage to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify potential issues and develop solutions.
  • Review customer drawings and identify any concerns or safety critical items.
  • Develop and maintain 3D models and fully dimensioned 2D drawings using Autodesk Inventor.
  • Liaise with customers to address technical concerns and provide timely support.
  • Ensure feasibility documentation is completed accurately and stored correctly.
  • Participate in regular meetings with territory teams to discuss APQP documentation and progress.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers and internal teams.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of inspection plans for complex CMM parts.
  • Collaborate with the Quality team to ensure PPAP submissions meet customer requirements.
  • Build relationships with customer engineering contacts and provide a point of contact for all major automotive customers.
Requirements:
  • Strong technical expertise in engineering and product development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Inventor and other relevant software.
Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday: 7:30am - 4:30pm, Friday: 7:30am - 12:00pm.

This is a full-time, permanent role with Alliance Personnel.
