Position Overview:
As the Commercial Programs Financial Controller, you will play a pivotal role at our Centre of Excellence, overseeing the financial forecasting processes including Order Intake, Revenue, and Margin for the NW Europe region, which encompasses the UK, Ireland, and Israel. Your responsibilities will include aligning and updating forecasts with the latest commercial insights and ensuring compliance with revenue recognition standards as per IFRS15.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the ongoing monthly Market Review forecast for Order Intake and Revenue within the NW Europe market.
- Stay informed on developments in Programs, Sales, and Operations to ensure that forecasts and accounting practices are accurately updated.
- Address IFRS15-related issues to maintain forecast precision.
- Develop financial models to support bids and tenders for various programs.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and accounting policies concerning program accounting and bids.
- Lead the Revenue and Order Intake processes for the annual Budget and Strategic Planning.
- Oversee improvements in SAP data accuracy and ensure timely program invoicing.
- Supervise a team responsible for executing the above tasks.
Candidate Profile:
- Must be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
- Possess a solid understanding of IFRS standards, particularly IFRS15 accounting for programs.
- Have experience in commercial sales forecasting and analysis.
- Proficient in MS Office/Excel, SAP, and management information systems.
- Detailed knowledge of SAP program accounting is essential.
- Foreign language skills, especially in Hebrew, are advantageous.
