About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sustainability Reporting Production Manager to join our Finance team at abrdn Asia Limited. As a key member of our Sustainability Reporting team, you will play a critical role in coordinating resources to ensure the safe and secure delivery of our external sustainability reporting disclosures.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Production Management: Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of sustainability reporting, ensuring all deliverables meet high standards of quality and are completed on time.
  2. Resource Coordination: Effectively manage resources to support sustainability reporting efforts.
  3. Stakeholder Management: Navigate and manage a complex stakeholder landscape, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
  4. Data Repository Management: Manage a central sustainability reporting data repository.
  5. Production Control: Oversee aspects of the production control environment, ensuring robust processes are in place.
  6. Business Query Management: Manage and resolve business queries related to sustainability reporting.

Candidate Requirements

  1. Qualified Accountant
  2. A solid foundation in financial reporting, with a preference for experience in asset management
  3. Awareness of and experience with sustainability reporting requirements
  4. Ability to build strong relationships and communicate with confidence
  5. Proven ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
  6. Experience in the Asset Management sector preferable
