About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Property Team as a Property Support Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of properties, including residential, commercial, and community spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage reactive repairs and ensure timely resolution to customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with Estates Managers, Contractors, and the Property Team to deliver excellent customer service
  • Be the first point of contact on the Property Helpdesk, handling multiple calls and enquiries simultaneously
  • Collaborate with the Helpdesk Manager to drive success and elevate support standards

What We Offer:

  • A hybrid working pattern, with 2 days in the office and 3 days from home
  • Occasional travel to Scotland once a month
  • A flexible 35-hour week and 25 days annual leave
  • Professional development support to further your skill set
