Job Title: Clinical Lead

The Clinical Lead is a key role within the NHS Hampshire & Isle of Wight ICB, responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, safe, and effective care in Unscheduled Care. This position requires a professional and motivated individual with a proven track record of management and experience in working within Unscheduled Care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the delivery of high-quality care focused on improving outcomes and experiences for patients, families, and carers.
  • Facilitate a broad team approach, communicate effectively, and deliver on the annual divisional strategic objectives.
  • Work closely with the Head of Unscheduled Care and Clinical Director to ensure that urgent and emergency services meet quality standards and achieve targets.
Requirements:
  • Good current knowledge in the area of Unscheduled Care.
  • Proactive approach to external regulatory standards, such as the Care Quality Commission, and current best practices in urgent and emergency care.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced nurse to lead the Unscheduled Care team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.
