### Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Conveyancer to contribute to the success of our team at QED Legal. As a key member of our property law department, you will be responsible for handling conveyancing matters, collaborating with colleagues, supervising support staff, and participating in business development initiatives. Your expertise will be essential in driving the growth and success of our firm.

### Key Responsibilities

* Conduct conveyancing matters on behalf of clients with precision and attention to detail
* Provide support to other fee earners within the firm, ensuring seamless collaboration and knowledge sharing
* Supervise and mentor support staff to enhance their skills and productivity
* Engage in marketing activities to promote our services and attract new business

### Ideal Candidate

To excel in this role, you will need to possess a strong background in conveyancing, excellent IT skills, and exceptional written and verbal communication abilities. Your willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges will be essential in driving success and growth within our firm.
