We are seeking a seasoned professional to take on a pivotal role in our finance team. This position encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including financial modeling and investment evaluation, as well as aiding in the identification of potential business ventures that you will oversee throughout the due diligence phase.

Your expertise will be crucial in supporting the structuring and execution of financial transactions while effectively managing senior stakeholders. You will also serve as the project lead for M&A initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing junior team members during project assignments and will be responsible for leading the development and maintenance of corporate governance standards in finance-related projects.

Key Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of advisory experience in areas such as Corporate Finance, Transaction Services, or Restructuring.
  • Experience with Big 4 or Mid-tier accounting firms, corporate finance boutiques, or similar organizations.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in financial appraisal and model construction.
  • Exceptional project management, analytical, and interpersonal skills, coupled with strong commercial acumen.
