Our client, a leading independent accounting and business advisory firm, is seeking an experienced Agriculture Partner to join their team. As a key member of the firm, you will be responsible for advising and supporting a high-quality agricultural client base, enabling their success through innovative solutions.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing firm, with a strong focus on client service and relationship-building. You will work closely with the existing Agriculture Team, transitioning a significant portfolio and taking on leadership responsibilities for the Kettering office. With a strong support network and mentorship, you will be empowered to drive growth and development within the Agriculture Business.
Key Responsibilities
* Advise and support agricultural clients on their core farming business and family wealth, as well as business diversification within the sector.
* Provide innovative solutions to meet client needs, leveraging your expertise in accounting and taxation.
* Mentor and support managers and directors to help them progress and grow within the firm.
