Associate Director of Risk Management

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our team in Birmingham. As a key member of our flood risk management team, you will be responsible for delivering surface water management, drainage design, and sustainable drainage solutions across the UK and Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and contribute to flood risk assessments, flood management strategies, and sustainable drainage design
  • Work alongside Technical Directors to deliver flood management and drainage projects
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to grow the team
  • Mentor and supervise trainee staff to develop their knowledge and skills
Requirements:
  • Chartered Engineer and member of The Institution of Civil Engineers or Chartered Institution of Water and Environmental Management
  • Proficient in Micro Drainage, XP Storm, Hec-Ras, Tuflow, and ISIS software packages
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Self-motivated individual with a desire to grow and develop the team
