This role is integral to the organization’s success, as the Financial Strategy Partner will collaborate with various departments to ensure financial objectives align with overall business strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with sales, marketing, and category teams to deliver financial insights and guidance, facilitating informed decision-making.
- Evaluate financial results, detect patterns, and provide actionable recommendations to enhance business performance.
- Create and sustain financial models that aid in forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.
- Work alongside stakeholders to refine financial processes and systems, ensuring efficiency and precision.
- Conduct thorough analyses of business performance, pinpointing opportunities for revenue enhancement and cost reduction.
Qualifications:
- Part qualified or finalist in ACCA/CIMA.
- Demonstrated experience in a Financial Strategy Partner or Financial Analyst capacity, ideally within the food, FMCG, or consumer sectors.
- Exceptional analytical abilities with a talent for converting complex financial data into strategic insights.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effective collaboration across diverse teams and organizational levels.
- Proficient in financial software and tools; advanced Excel skills are essential.
