Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Operations Manager to join our team at Ad Warrior. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing our field operations and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Forecast production volumes and conduct regular field walks to assess crop health and identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement orders from our planning team and oversee field harvesting teams to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Ensure quality requirements, customer specifications, and Health & Safety standards are met through regular monitoring and reporting.
  • Maintain effective communication with all departments on quality issues and volume changes to ensure seamless operations.
  • Participate in training and progression opportunities to develop your skills and career, and contribute to the growth and success of Ad Warrior.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in field operations management, with a strong understanding of crop production and quality control.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
