Hays Senior Finance is seeking a skilled Accounts Senior to contribute to their team in Crewe. As a key member of the accounts team, you will be responsible for preparing accounts for a range of clients, including sole traders, limited companies, and larger corporations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare VAT returns and utilize accounts software including Xero and Quickbooks
- Collaborate with the rest of the accounts team and be involved in training and managing junior staff
- Effectively manage your own time and prioritize tasks
Requirements
- Previous experience handling accounts for a wide range of clients in a practice environment
- Strong IT and technical skills with experience in accounts software such as Xero and Quickbooks
- AAT/ACA/ACCA qualified or qualified by experience (QBE)
What We Offer
- Competitive salary between £30,000 and £38,000 dependent on experience
- Hybrid working options and a 1pm finish on a Friday with a 37 1⁄2 hour working week
