Job Summary:

CLC Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrician Foreman to lead our electrical installation team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the work of electricians, ensuring high-quality installations, repairs, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of electricians and oversee their work to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with project managers and clients to understand project requirements and timelines.
  • Plan and organize work schedules, assignments, and resources to meet project deadlines.
  • Perform electrical installations, troubleshooting, and repairs as needed.
  • Train and mentor apprentices, junior electricians, fostering skill development and a culture of continuous learning.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and hours worked.
  • Manage inventory of materials and tools, and coordinate procurement as necessary.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues efficiently.
  • Carry out testing and inspecting/produce electrical certificates.

Requirements:

  • Minimum City & Guilds Level 3 qualification.
  • 18th Edition certification.
  • Relevant experience within the electrical contracting industry.
  • Current CSCS/ECS card.
  • Clean driving license.
  • Conversant with all aspects of electrical installations and have significant experience within Retail, Industrial, and Commercial sectors.
  • Testing & Inspection to or Equivalent certification.
  • A knowledge of BMS, Fire Alarm & Data installations preferred but not essential.
  • SSSTS or SMSTS certification preferred but not essential.
