Job Title: Maintenance Team Leader

Stirling Warrington is seeking an experienced maintenance professional to take on the role of Maintenance Team Leader at our Leeds facility.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled maintenance engineer to lead our maintenance team and assume responsibility for all maintenance activities on-site. The successful candidate will have a strong background in maintenance and be able to oversee a team of maintenance engineers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of maintenance engineers to ensure effective maintenance of our facilities.
  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies to improve PPMs and reduce downtime.
  • Manage inventory of spare parts and ensure that all necessary equipment is available.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that maintenance activities are aligned with business objectives.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a maintenance team leader or maintenance supervisor is desirable but not essential.
  • Formal qualifications in engineering maintenance are beneficial but not required.
  • Experience in heavy industry maintenance is highly desirable.
