About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Administrator to join our team at Spiraledge. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our technology systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Technical Support: Offer timely and effective support to end-users, resolving IT-related issues and ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Configure and Maintain Systems: Set up and configure computers, software, and networks for new employees, as well as maintain and upgrade existing systems.
  • Support Cloud Infrastructure: Collaborate with the development team to enhance our cloud infrastructure, ensuring scalability and reliability.
  • Conduct Training Sessions: Deliver user training sessions to ensure efficient use of IT resources and minimize support requests.
What You'll Do Ongoing
  • Manage IT Support System: Respond to tickets and ensure timely resolution of IT-related issues.
  • Install and Configure Systems: Install, configure, and maintain servers, networks, and related hardware/software.
  • Oversee System Performance: Monitor and troubleshoot system issues, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
  • Administer Cloud Platforms: Manage systems like Google, Office 365, and other similar platforms.
  • Monitor Critical Systems: Ensure network connectivity and monitor critical systems such as servers and cloud services.
  • Analyze Performance Data: Collect and analyze data to optimize system performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Maintain Network Infrastructure: Ensure network connectivity throughout the site's LAN/WAN infrastructure.
  • Develop Technical Documentation: Create and maintain internal technical documentation, manuals, and IT operating procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science or a relevant field, or two to four years of related experience/training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Cloud Experience: Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP is a plus.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $95,000 USD and a comprehensive benefits package.
