We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Multi Skilled Civil Enforcement Officer. As a key member of our enforcement team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our parking and traffic management systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enforce parking restrictions and issue Penalty Charge Notices as required.
  • Provide excellent customer service to members of the public, responding to queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve targets and objectives.
  • Operate a body-worn video camera to record interactions with the public.
  • Conduct regular patrols of designated areas to monitor parking and traffic conditions.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Good knowledge of parking restrictions and traffic management principles.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid full driving licence.
