Production Manager - Chilled Foods

We are working with our client, a leading chilled food manufacturer based in the South West of England. As part of a larger group, you will be joining a business that is a pioneer in its field.

Due to changes within the business and the need to embed new ways of working and processes, they are looking to recruit an additional Production Manager to lead the manufacturing operation.

Working a 4 on 4 off day shift, you will be responsible for setting and driving KPIs, embedding new processes, and collaborating with other functions to ensure service levels are met and exceeded.

To be considered for this role, you must have experience working within a food manufacturing environment at management level, preferably in chilled foods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the manufacturing operation to achieve business objectives
  • Set and drive KPIs to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Embed new processes and ways of working to improve service levels
  • Collaborate with other functions to ensure business objectives are met

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a food manufacturing environment at management level
  • Preferably experience in chilled foods
