We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Lettings Valuer to join our expanding team at Altius Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for growing our property portfolio through winning new instructions and supporting branch profitability.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify opportunities and register prospective clients to generate new business.
  • Property Viewings: Arrange and conduct property viewings with potential tenants to showcase our properties.
  • Valuation and Negotiation: Carry out property valuations to secure new instructions and negotiate tenancy agreements.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service across all client interactions, both in-person and over the phone.
  • Team Support: Assist the Branch Manager as needed to ensure seamless team operations.
  • Target Achievement: Work towards achieving individual and branch targets to drive business growth.
  • Professional Representation: Represent Altius Recruitment professionally in all dealings.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a Lettings Consultant or similar role.
  • Sales and Customer Service: Strong sales skills and ability to achieve targets, with a focus on excellent customer service.
  • Communication and Negotiation: Confident communication skills, both on the phone and face-to-face, with effective negotiation skills.
  • Self-Motivation and Adaptability: Self-motivated with a desire to succeed, adaptable, and open to change.
  • Full UK Driving Licence: Full UK driving licence required.
