Job Description:

Oscar Technology is seeking a highly skilled Senior Web Developer to join our team. As a Senior Web Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex web applications using modern frameworks such as Svelte/SvelteKit, Vue, or React.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop scalable, efficient, and secure web applications using Svelte/SvelteKit, Vue, or React
  • Work with our team to identify and prioritize project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems and services
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code, following best practices and coding standards
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in web development

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of modern frameworks such as Svelte/SvelteKit, Vue, or React
  • Strong background in and understanding of Laravel and PHP
  • Understanding of TypeScript and JavaScript and how this interacts within a site context
  • Experience of Linux servers in the context of deployments using Laravel Forge, Nova, and Envoyer
  • Understanding of MySQL and how this interacts with frameworks such as Laravel
  • Understanding of and Web Services and API integration (REST)
