Facilities Maintenance Technician - London


Carbon60 is seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to become part of a dedicated maintenance team situated at a prominent site in London, representing a leading Facilities Management organization.

Compensation:
£42,500 annually

Work Schedule:
40 hours per week, Permanent

Location:
London, SE

Key Responsibilities:


Conduct daily operations, scheduled maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs across various systems, including water supply, sanitary installations, building management systems, drainage, heating controls, fire safety systems, and structural elements.

Ensure compliance with relevant codes of practice and health and safety standards.
Maintain effective communication with team members, clients, and site representatives to uphold high standards of customer service.
Identify and implement improvements to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
Provide support for other multi-skilled technicians as required and participate in an on-call rotation, including weekends.

Required Qualifications:
Certification in commercial plumbing services and drainage (e.g., Unvented Hot Water Installer, Level 2/3 plumbing C&G NVQ).
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a comparable setting.
Capability to manage multiple tasks across mechanical and other building disciplines.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Valid UK driving license and proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
