We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our data strategy and drive business growth through data-driven decision making.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join a customer-centric member-led mutual organisation and be part of building a great tech solution to support our members and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy to drive business growth and improve decision making
  • Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of data infrastructure, including data warehouses, lakes, and cloud-based platforms
  • Establish and maintain robust data governance frameworks, policies, and standards to ensure data quality, compliance, and security
  • Collaborate with business units to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) & Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and metrics to measure success
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive business performance and innovation
Requirements
  • Strong experience in managing the lifecycle of data products, from ideation to launch and beyond
  • Proven track record of delivering complex data projects using agile methodologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels
  • In-depth understanding of the regulatory environment within the UK financial services sector
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions
