KHR - Recruitment Specialists is collaborating with a prominent distribution firm that is seeking a Junior Supply Chain Coordinator to enhance their team during a phase of expansion.

This role presents an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to embark on a career in the Supply Chain sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting stock management processes, including forecasting and inventory transfers between internal locations, as well as addressing stock-related inquiries
  • Assisting in supply chain operations and administrative tasks related to deliveries to customers and internal sites, including managing supplier nonconformance issues in accordance with BRCGS standards
  • Placing purchase orders with vendors, verifying delivery timelines, and tracking goods receipt
  • Collaborating with Operations, Customer Service, and Sales teams to fulfill stock requirements
  • Maintaining supplier BRCGS documentation within a centralized system
  • Processing invoices efficiently
  • Aiding in new customer inquiries from initial contact to finalization, ensuring accurate record-keeping throughout
  • Handling customs clearance processes
  • Ordering office supplies as needed

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Previous experience in administrative roles or telesales is essential
  • A strong interest in pursuing a career in the supply chain industry
  • Familiarity with BRCGS procedures is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities
  • Proficient in written and spoken English
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities
  • IT literate
  • Energetic, motivated, and a dependable team player
