Position Overview:

We are seeking reliable, enthusiastic, and adaptable caregivers for both day and night shifts, including weekends, within the local area.

Client Profile: Our client is a male individual requiring specialized care, including Non-Invasive Ventilation, PEG feeding, and management of Epilepsy.

Shift Details: Available shifts are 12 hours long, either from 8 AM to 8 PM or 8 PM to 8 AM.

Experience: While 6 months of prior care experience is preferred, we provide comprehensive training, supervision, and support to all successful candidates.

Training Facilities: Our carer development center is equipped with interview and training rooms, as well as specialized skills labs designed for tailored training to meet various client-specific needs, including:

  • Tracheostomy care
  • Ventilation support
  • Airway suctioning
  • Cough assist techniques
  • Management of Autonomic Dysreflexia
  • Oxygen therapy and monitoring
  • Bowel management strategies
  • Enteral feeding techniques
  • Epilepsy and seizure management
  • Catheter care
  • Complex medication administration
  • Management of challenging behaviors
  • Advanced moving and positioning techniques

Compensation:

  • Hourly pay rates vary based on experience and shift patterns.
  • Our clients typically require ongoing care, ensuring continuity with a small, dedicated team of caregivers.
  • Specialized caregivers work with one client per shift, eliminating the need to travel between multiple homes. The average shift lasts 12 hours.
  • On average, caregivers work three shifts (36 hours) per week, with potential earnings reflecting this commitment.
  • This work pattern can lead to an average annual income within a specified range.
  • All staff are employed directly, and we manage all aspects of payroll through PAYE, simplifying tax obligations.
