Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic Beauty & Fragrance Consultants to join our team in Stansted Airport. As a self-employed consultant, you will have the flexibility to choose your own shift patterns, but must be available to work some weekends and be flexible with your schedule.

The role involves being the face of various Beauty & fragrance houses, introducing customers to the brands, and engaging them in the product. You will provide high-quality customer service, deliver a seamless customer experience, and build customer loyalty.

You will work cooperatively with team members to accomplish sales and service targets, and have the opportunity to work with global brands, receive product training, and enjoy employee discounts on duty-free products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and engage customers with luxury beauty and fragrance products
  • Meet sales targets and work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales and service goals
  • Work with a variety of luxury beauty and fragrance brands, including product training and knowledge
  • Enjoy employee discounts on duty-free products and have opportunities for brand ambassador roles
Requirements
  • Experience selling luxury perfumes or beauty products
  • Strong sales experience and ability to work to sales targets
  • Second language is advantageous
