As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting five adults with learning disabilities with all aspects of daily life, including personal care, administering medication, and participating in in-house and community activities. Key Benefits:
- Competitive hourly rate of £11.00 per hour weekdays and £12.10 weekends
- Overtime shifts available with a +£2.50 premium
- Time and a half or double time for public holidays
- 30 days holiday when you start
- A full UK driving licence is essential for this role, as you will be taking part in activities in the community
- Due to insurance purposes, you must have held your UK licence for a minimum of 1 year
About the Role:
As a Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our service users. Your day will be varied and rewarding, with the chance to support individuals with different needs and interests. You will be actively involved in a range of activities, including personal care, community outings, and in-house activities.
Working Hours:
A full-time contract is 37.5 hours per week, with 5 shifts per week. The earliest start is from 7am, and the latest finish is until 10pm. Weekend working is essential, which will be on a rotating basis. When you work a weekend, you will have the time off in the week.
