Key Responsibilities:
  • Service the insurance needs of existing customers, providing exceptional customer care and ensuring timely document dispatch.
  • Liaise with insurers to resolve client policy issues and discuss additional products, cover, and services.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files, adhering to company guidelines.
  • Work within delegated authorities, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the insurance industry.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively.
  • Comfortable using IT systems and possessing attention to detail.
  • Understanding of FCA regulations and ability to use initiative.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary range of £25,000 to £30,000, depending on experience.
  • Annual bonus and benefits package.
  • Flexible working arrangement, with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
