Operations Graduate

Ryanair Engineering, a leading provider of engineering services, is seeking a highly motivated and organized Operations Graduate to join their team at Stansted Airport.
The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment, working closely with the Engineering Management and Shift Leader to ensure the efficient operation of the Stansted Line.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Review and allocate resources for planned maintenance work, ensuring timely progress updates.
- Investigate and report maintenance delays, implementing root cause analysis as necessary.
- Coordinate base husbandry checks, including tooling, vehicles, spares, and infrastructure.
- Lead Continuous Improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and staff morale.
Requirements:
- Degree in an Engineering subject (2:1 or above) with a focus on Management or Operations.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to build relationships with various staff members.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent communication skills.
- Fluent English and a full UK driving license.
