Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance Specialist to join our team at CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd. As a Building Services Engineer - Client Direct, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing electrical and mechanical systems in a commercial office building in East London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical and mechanical systems
  • Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostic tests to identify issues
  • Collaborate with other maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to prevent downtime

Requirements:
